Mommy Support
Start with the checks below. If the problem continues, send us a message and include the Mommy version, device model and iOS or watchOS version.
Confirm that the device is signed into iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, Mommy is allowed to use iCloud and the internet connection is reliable. Reopen Mommy and allow a little time for changes to arrive.
Both people should have internet access and iCloud Drive enabled. Confirm the invitation was accepted and the correct shared baby is selected. If needed, reopen Mommy on both devices.
Keep iPhone and Apple Watch paired, nearby and connected. Add at least one baby in Mommy on iPhone, open both apps and allow the first synchronization to finish.
Check that notifications are allowed for Mommy in Apple Settings. Confirm the reminder is active and that its time, activity condition and selected days are still correct.
Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase, open the Mommy purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases. Apple manages billing and subscription status.
When contacting support, describe what you expected, what happened instead and whether it affects one or multiple devices. Never email private baby journal content unless it is necessary and you choose to share it.
Email the Mommy team. We will reply with practical next steps and will not ask for your Apple ID password or iCloud credentials.
