Mommy legal

Terms of Use

These Terms govern Mommy-specific features, Shared Access, premium subscriptions and the Mommy website.

Effective and last updated: August 13, 2026

Mommy — Baby Tracker & Diary (the “App”) is licensed, not sold. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”) also applies unless a different license is provided through App Store Connect.

Mommy is an organizational tool for parents, guardians and caregivers. It is not a medical device, medical service, emergency service or substitute for professional care.

1. Agreement and operator

Mommy is developed and operated by LLAPPS LTD, EIK 208492694, Bacho Kiro 1 street, floor 8, office 8-3, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria (“LLAPPS,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing or using the App or this website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Mommy. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA. If they conflict with non-waivable terms in the Apple Standard EULA or applicable consumer law, those non-waivable terms control.

2. What Mommy provides

Mommy can help you log and review feeding, pumping, sleep, strolls, diapers, temperature, medicine, drinks, solids, growth, skills, reminders and related notes; view recent activity, summaries and statistics; use Apple Watch, widgets and Live Activities; and share a baby diary with another caregiver through Apple iCloud.

Available features can depend on your Apple device, operating-system version, region, subscription, iCloud account and settings, permissions, network connection and current App version.

3. Eligibility and child information

  • You must be legally able to enter this agreement or use Mommy with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.
  • Mommy is intended for parents, guardians and caregivers, not for children to use independently.
  • You may enter or share a child’s information only if you are a parent, guardian, caregiver or otherwise authorized to do so.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for using Mommy in compliance with law and these Terms.

4. No medical advice or emergency use

Mommy records the information you enter and calculates organizational views from those records. Timers, reminders, summaries, statistics, trends and any other calculated output can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. They are not diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, dosage guidance, a guarantee of a child’s routine or an emergency alerting system.

Use your judgment, follow safe-care guidance from qualified professionals and verify important information independently. Contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency service when appropriate. Do not rely on Mommy to detect or respond to a medical emergency.

5. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable license terms, LLAPPS grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Mommy on Apple-branded products you own or control, including through Family Sharing where Apple permits it.

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the App, website, iCloud sharing, purchases, security controls or another person’s use of Mommy.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, sublicense or recreate Mommy except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Upload or send illegal, infringing, abusive, malicious or harmful content through support or another service input.
  • Use Mommy to provide medical care, emergency monitoring or an unlawful service.
  • Attempt to bypass subscriptions, purchase validation, permissions or access controls.

6. Your Apple account, devices and backups

Mommy uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit to store and sync the baby diary. You are responsible for your Apple account, device security, iCloud configuration, available storage, backups, network access and any charges from your internet or mobile provider. LLAPPS cannot recover your Apple account credentials.

Deleting the App from one device does not necessarily delete information stored in iCloud, a shared CloudKit database, a backup or another device. Before changing accounts, replacing a device or deleting data, check that you have preserved anything you need.

7. Shared Access

Shared Access uses Apple CloudKit sharing. If you create a share, you are responsible for choosing participants, setting permissions and ensuring you are authorized to disclose the child’s information. An invited caregiver may see existing and future shared content and may be able to add, change or delete content according to the permission granted.

Keep invitation links private, invite only people you trust and review participants when care arrangements change. A participant is responsible for entries they add and for their handling of shared information. Apple controls the underlying iCloud account, invitation and CloudKit availability.

8. Premium subscriptions and automatic renewal

  • Some features require a paid subscription. The App Store purchase screen shows the price, billing period, available trial or introductory offer and renewal terms before you confirm.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing period until canceled. Apple charges your Apple Account under its billing terms.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation takes effect according to Apple’s terms, normally at the end of the current paid period. Deleting Mommy does not cancel a subscription.
  • Apple controls payment authorization, taxes, refunds, price-change notices, cancellation and billing disputes. Purchase restoration depends on records made available by Apple and RevenueCat.
  • Features, prices and offers may change. Price changes and renewal notices will be handled as required by Apple and applicable law.

9. Your content and privacy

You retain ownership of information you enter into Mommy. You grant LLAPPS a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive right to process selected content only as needed to provide a feature you request, diagnose and secure the App, answer support requests, comply with law and otherwise act as described in the Privacy Policy.

Most baby diary content is processed through Apple iCloud and CloudKit rather than a baby-diary server operated by LLAPPS. Separately, Mommy processes limited product-usage, identifier, diagnostic and subscription data for analytics, reliability and entitlement management as explained in the Privacy Policy. Do not enter or share content you are not authorized to use.

10. Third-party services

Mommy relies on services supplied by Apple, Google Firebase, Amplitude and RevenueCat for functions described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Apple services and other provider-controlled features can also be subject to those providers’ terms, privacy policies, availability and technical limits.

11. Feedback and support

If you send feedback, a bug report or an attachment, you allow LLAPPS and its email providers to process that material to respond, investigate the issue, improve Mommy, protect the service and maintain necessary support records. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original content. Avoid including unnecessary personal or medical information.

12. Intellectual property

Mommy, its software, website, app icon, design, text, graphics, trademarks and overall look and feel are owned by LLAPPS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Except for the limited license above, these Terms do not transfer any rights to you.

13. Availability, updates and termination

We may add, modify, suspend or remove features or provider integrations. Updates may be required for continued use. You may stop using Mommy at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal requirements, service discontinuation or a material breach of these Terms.

If Mommy or a feature is discontinued, subscription rights remain subject to Apple’s billing rules and applicable consumer law. Your ability to retrieve information stored by Apple can depend on Apple’s services and your own account, settings and backups.

14. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Mommy is provided “as is” and “as available.” LLAPPS does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, preservation or synchronization of every entry, exact timer or reminder delivery, accuracy of calculated views, or availability on every device, operating system or network. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LLAPPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business opportunity arising from Mommy. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

16. Apple-specific terms

  • These Terms are between you and LLAPPS, not Apple. LLAPPS, not Apple, is responsible for Mommy and its content, maintenance, support and claims, subject to the Apple Standard EULA.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Contact LLAPPS using the details below.
  • If Mommy fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as provided by the Apple Standard EULA and applicable law.
  • LLAPPS, not Apple, is responsible for addressing product-liability, legal, regulatory, consumer-protection, privacy and intellectual-property claims relating to Mommy.
  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo and are not listed on a United States government prohibited or restricted party list.
  • You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Mommy. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-specific provisions.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of your country of residence. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Mommy evolves. We will post the current version on this page, show its effective date and provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
